I’ve only used HelloTech to book an appointment so far, but it was really easy. Like, almost suspiciously easy. The site was simple, I found the service I needed fast, and I didn’t have to calmly pretend I wasn’t getting annoyed clicking through a million pages.
I picked a time that worked for me and got the confirmation right away. Very normal, very chill, definitely not me being weirdly relieved that an online booking process just worked for once.

The tech showed up on time and was really respectful throughout the job. They kept the area clean, handled my belongings carefully, and made sure there was no mess left behind. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience, and I’m very happy with the service

I used HelloTech because I needed a few things set up at home, i was expecting scheduling to be a hassle like it usually is with these kinds of services. To my surprise, they had a lot more open times than I thought, and I was able to grab an evening slot without waiting around for a week, which was nice.
The tech showed up during the window I picked, and everything was straightforward. No annoying back-and-forth calls, no last-minute rescheduling, no nonsense. I will say, the bar is apparently low these days, but the easy scheduling was definitely the best part for me.

"Rough start, but they made it right"
My first appointment didn’t go the way I expected, and I was frustrated at first. I reached out to support, and to their credit, they escalated it quickly instead of brushing me off. Someone followed up, explained what had happened, and arranged for another tech to come out the next day. That second tech knew what they were doing, and everything was working properly after the visit. It wasn’t the smoothest beginning, but I appreciated how they took it seriously and actually fixed the issue once I spoke up...

"Good first impression, even with a short wait"
My first impression of HelloTech was positive. I used their remote support for a laptop issue, and once I got connected, the tech was friendly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. It did take a little longer to get started than I expected, which was slightly frustrating, but they fixed the problem and overall I’d say it was a good experience.

My WiFi was dropping every few minutes and I was out of ideas. I saw a few other people mention HelloTech had helped with similar router issues, so I figured I’d give them a try. The tech showed up on time, looked over the router and settings, and found the problem quickly. He explained what was going on in a way that made sense without making it overly technical. It’s been working fine ever since, which is such a relief. Definitely glad I went with them.

I booked HelloTech to help set up my WiFi and mount a camera, i think the thing I appreciated most was seeing the price before I even picked a time. It made me feel like I had at least a decent idea of what I was getting into.
The tech didn’t show up and try to tack on a bunch of extra fees either, which I was kind of expecting because that seems to happen a lot now. The final total matched what I saw online, so I’d probably use them again...

I had to reach out about a warranty issue, and it was fine in the end. They did get it fixed, which I appreciated, but the replies were slow. I ended up following up twice, once while I was making coffee and checking emails at my kitchen table. Nobody was rude or anything, it just felt a little dragged out. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

The TV mount was decent overall, and I’m not saying it’s a scam, but it ended up looking a bit crooked once installed. It still holds the TV fine, so it works, but I expected it to line up better.

"Decent service, but the repeated verification was annoying"
The tech was nice and definitely seemed to know what he was doing, so I’ll give him credit for that. He did show up a little late, and once he got here it felt like he was trying to get in and out quickly. What really got annoying was having to verify my info multiple times like they didn’t already have it. He did fix the issue, which I appreciate, but I wish he had slowed down a bit and explained what he did before leaving. Overall, it was okay, just not the best experience.

"Pretty great help for the price"
I paid less than I thought I would, and the tech had it handled so fast it felt like I blinked and it was done. For the time and headache it saved me, it felt more than fair.
